Panasonic's Induction Heating Pressure Rice Cooker & Warmer uses pressurized cooking and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to cook perfect rice. It is design to emulate the traditional Japanese method of cooking rice.

The Induction Heating System Rice Cooker & Warmer uses high-tech Induction Heating (IH) technology to transform the entire inner cooking pan into a heat conductor, allowing for higher, more precise and more uniform cooking temperatures resulting in the perfect rice quality every time.

SR-JHS10/18 has a diamond powder coated heat-retaining copper inner pan that creates 2.5 times more bubbles more than conventional coating to make heat circulation better. The outer side coat containing copper micro-particles keeps each grain of rice warm. SR-JHS10/18 also has a taste catcher that detects the amount of steam in the inner pan to slow down water evaporation to keep rice in the perfect condition.

The rice cooker comes equipped with Fuzzy Logic control cooking options for: white rice, quick cook, casserole rice, brown rice, sushi, steam, congee, and cake baking.

SR-JHS10/18 has a grey LCD display, that provides a 24-hour preset timer, automatic shut-off, and 12 hour keep-warm function that helps keep cooked rice at an ideal serving temperature.  

The appliances are designed for 220V / 50Hz EU. A plug adapter is provided, depending on the outlet in your country.
