All our products come with a user guide in both Chinese and English. If you have questions about the use of our products please leave us a comment. We will answer you as soon as possible.

• What is the product warranty?

Our products are guaranteed one year by the manufacturer in case of malfunction.

• What are the features of the rice cooker ?         

It is not surprising that the rice cooker primarily cooks rice. but in reality rice cookers also have other features. Delivery information

• How is my order shipped ?

After the validation of your order, we will begin the preparation of  your package. To ensure the quality of the product, we inspect the products before each shipment so that the product has no defects. Packages are usually shipped within 48 business hours from Hong Kong overseas by Airmail Services of Hong Kong Post. Delivery times usually range from 1 to 2 weeks.

Yomi-Home will not be held responsible for the consequences resulting from delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Customs fees and other taxes are not included in the price paidwhen ordering. These costs are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier.

• How to track my order ?         

Our products are shipped from Hongkong Post. The tracking number is provided to you by Yomi-Home after the shipment of your parcel, you can follow at any time the delivery of your package on the website: Hong Kong Post.

Returns and refunds

• How to make a return or exchange ?

If the product you received is subject to transport damage beyond operation or has manufacturing defects, you can then proceed to its return. For this, you must first send us detailed photos of the package and its contents, so that we can check the validity and the origin of the problem. In the event that the return is confirmed, please return the product in its original packaging, with all the documentation provided and accessories included, to ensure a smooth refund. Return postage fees are your responsibility.

• How long will it take to be reimbursed ?

Once your parcel received, we will check your parcel within 14 days. If you have paid by PayPal, your PayPal account will be re-credited. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.
