Panasonic's Induction Heating Pressure Rice Cooker & Warmer uses pressurized cooking and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to cook perfect rice. It is design to emulate the traditional Japanese method of cooking rice.

The Induction Heating System Rice Cooker & Warmer uses high-tech Induction Heating (IH) technology to transform the entire inner cooking pan into a heat conductor, allowing for higher, more precise and more uniform cooking temperatures resulting in the perfect rice quality every time.

SR-JHF18 has a diamond fluorine coated pan that creates 2.5 times more bubbles more than conventional coating to make heat circulation more even. Binchotan charcoal makes heat distribution more even. SR-JHF18 also has a taste catcher that detects the amount of steam in the inner pan to slow down water evaporation to keep rice in the perfect condition. The dimpled bottom increases the surface area which helps in the conduction of heat.

The rice cooker comes equipped with pre-programmed cooking options to cover a range of choices: white rice, quick cook, brown rice, sushi rice, porridge, casserole rice, steam and cake.

SR-JHF18 has an orange LCD display, that provides a 24-hour preset timer, quick cook, automatic shut-off, and a 12-hour keep-warm function that helps keep cooked rice at an ideal serving temperature. It also has a cake baking function.

The appliances are designed for 220V / 50Hz EU. A plug adapter is provided, depending on the outlet in your country.
